Whilst our cookware has been manufactured with the highest quality materials, to guarantee longevity and performance there are a few instructions we recommend our consumers to follow.
Please note: below is for general guidance. Please refer to your use and care for full details on how to care for your cookware.
- Using low to medium heat can preserve the cookware as well as preserve the nutrients in food. High heat may damage the copper, voiding the warranty.
- Copper cookware and pans with copper bases mark easy, and are particularly susceptible to acid.
- Rub briskly with a soft cotton cloth for copper polishing in order to bring back the original shine to copper items for display.
- With time and regular usage copper oxidises and develops a dark red patina. In order to restore the copper brilliance, clean the exterior with a cloth dampened in a salt and vinegar or salt and lemon solution; or use some good copper cleaner. If the seasoned look of the patina is preferred, buff the exterior with a dry cotton cloth.
