Whilst our cookware has been manufactured with the highest quality materials, to guarantee longevity and performance there are a few instructions we recommend our consumers to follow.

Before first use
This applies to any of products, remove any labels or stickers and wash pans and lids with a mild detergent in hot water.
General cooking/safety
- Our cookware distributes heat evenly so cooking can be done on a low to medium heat. Depending on the type and length of cooking, lids and handles may get hot. For safety, it is recommended that oven gloves or cloth are used to lift and move the pan.
- To enjoy the best cooking performance, it is important to always match the size of pan to the heating element or gas burner.
- When filled, some pans can be very heavy. Be careful when moving the pan if it contains hot liquids.
- Keep small children away from the stove while you are cooking, as heat, steam and spatter can cause burns.
- Do not leave an empty pan on a hot burner or allow the pan to boil dry. In the event this happens, the heat must be turned off and the pan left to cool before moving.
- Pans should not be filled more than two-thirds capacity. As soon as boiling point is reached, the temperature should be lowered. Continuous high heat may cause discolouration.
- When deep frying, fill the pan no more than one third full of oil. Do not leave hot oil unattended and never use a lid.
- Heavy vegetable oils may leave a residue that can affect non-stick performance. Use low heat when heating up oils, as oils can quickly overheat and cause a fire.
- Avoid leaving food in the pan after cooking, as it may cause deterioration to the pans surface.
- Cookware dimensions given refer to the rim-to-rim dimension across the pan.
- Never use your cookware in the microwave.
- NEVER LEAVE AN EMPTY PAN ON AN ACTIVE BURNER.
Any material, if heated continuously at a high enough temperature, will begin to decompose, causing damage to the stovetop, cookware and/or personal injury.
Storage
To avoid scratches or chips on the cookware, place pan protectors or paper towels between pans when storing.
Aluminium with Stainless Base
WARNING: IF YOUR ALUMINUM CORE COOKWARE IS EXPOSED TO PROLONGED OVERHEATING, OR ALLOWED TO BOIL DRY ON A HOT BURNER WITHOUT LIQUID OR MOIST FOOD, THE ALUMINUM CORE MAY MELT AND SEPARATE THE BASE FROM THE PAN RELEASING HOT MOLTEN ALUMINUM THAT MAY RESULT IN SEVERE
PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE: If your cookware is overheated and boils dry and you see molten aluminium near the base, do not pick up your cookware. Turn burner off, leave cookware on the stove, and let cool before moving.
